Mr. Stec is founder and CEO of Ideal Location, Inc. a real estate consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, USA, and managing member of Ideal Location Investment Real Estate, LLC a Boca Raton, Florida real estate investment company and also a managing member of Ideal Location Chicago Real Estate, LLC a Chicago based real estate brokerage.
Mr. Stec is an international real estate broker and land acquisition specilist.
Through his affiliation with Paz Pacific S.A. de C.V. in La Paz Mexico he provides consulting and acquisition services for International Clients who wish to invest or develop large land parcels in Baja California Sur Mexico.
